Brontosaurus Diptych

Well, this is actually a continuation of yesterday's work on the T-Rex watercolor drawing, although it is a standalone diptych. Everybody knows that brontosauruses are purple and say "MEOW!!!", so that's what I decided to draw. Of course, brontosauruses are much longer than they are tall, and I figured that this would be easiest to represent across two panels for a wide aspect ratio.

There are three versions of pink and endless ways to make brown in my watercolor set; however, there is merely a single purple wishing to serve all the purposes a purple must serve. Luckily, a light touch combined with a smattering of white created the texture I wanted for the contrast between the outline and the body of this particular brontosaurus.

Everyone knows that brontosauruses say "MEOW!!!", but I could be wrong, so I made sure that it was ever-so-faint in the background, so only those in search of it would be aware. This is certainly cleaner and more desirable than yesterday's T-Rex, so perhaps they will be sold as a set. One must take the good with the bad.
