Another Monday means another day of ceramics. I mostly just glazed my bowls, and I was surprised and excited that I might be able to save them! I merely did a mat transparent finish for the ones that I painted with slip last week. I did some fun designs to try to save my other bowls which were not as pretty.
Glazing, along with most of pottery is a very enjoyable thing to do. Each week, ceramics class greets me on Monday evenings with a great deal of anxiety and stress; however, within 15 minutes I am at peace and excited about everything again. The fact that next week when I show up there will be finished pots waiting for me is pretty exciting!
