Coloring books in public spaces are often filled with a mix of proper colors and psychedelic mixes of coloring outside the lines and non-traditional schemes. I decided to take this approach with turtles. I think Twitter had me thinking about turtles as it informed me that someone had a pet turtle on a leash out at Freeway Park. A friend has often told me that there is sometimes a turtle there, and I was happy that the rumor was confirmed according to the internet.
