I started this drawing/painting with the intent of making robot fishes after getting inspired by art earlier in the day. As I drew it with colored pencils and started to fill it in with watercolors, I realized that the fishes looked more like hipster fishes in their plaid. They aren't even "good" hipsters as they are all wearing the same colors. They are swimming in a sea of yellow water, which is not meant to be pee, but I guess pee is about the right color based on how much I missed the mark.
Regardless, I still like this drawing enough to hang on my wall, and it probably isn't the worst thing I've done all week.
