Today's piece is a collection of mushrooms under a pink sky. I wanted to try out some different effects with watercolors, and added colored pencils to the mix. This enabled me to create cleaner lines and deeper colors in my drawing. The pink sky really creates a weird effect for these mushrooms. The wavy nature of the mushrooms creates a feeling of mysteriousness that the pink sky greatly enhances.
I will continue using colored pencils and watercolors to make fun drawings, as this is hanging in my room and makes me quite happy.
